The Glass Bricks Bathroom has been on my mind for a long time.
I’ve been thinking a lot in the last days about my bath. It’s a little bit small for me and if I am in a hurry, all I do is splash the water all around the bathroom. So, I thought a lot about buying a shower curtain. But then I thought why would I put a boring and ugly printed shower curtain when I could go for something more minimalist and better looking.
And the idea of the glass brick tiles popped out of my head. I know that my father used them to build an exterior wall in our countryside house and I loved the final product. And I know that there are also glass brick tiles made for interiors.
So, then I started to search for ideas and I thought that maybe some of you are interested too and I should write a blog post about some of the best ideas I found.
A great thing, because as I was searching I found a lot of glass bricks advantages. They provide extra light (especially if they are placed near a window). The contrast between opaque and translucent bathroom tiles is effective and stops the room from being dominated by dark tiles. It looks so much better and it grows the overall appearance. of the bathroom.
Too much talk, let’s see some designs.
Full Glass Bricks Baths
The full glass bricks baths have an open space look, with a lot of light and a relaxing environment. It is also really useful if you want to have a quick shower without splashing all around the bathroom.
Semi-full Glass Bricks Baths
From the continuity sensation to the special decorations you can make if you opt-in for the semi-full glass brick, this is definitely a more extravagant way of keeping the bathroom your temple. Your relaxation, meditation and contemplation temple.
Open Glass Bricks Baths
If you wanna go for the full look, you can always choose to have just one wall out of glass bricks or a combination of half wall half brick glass. It will never stop to amaze you.
Even though I like all the styles, I think I will go for the most “safe” one. I love the possibility to take a fast shower without wetting all the bath.
